Team Liquid is officially signing the Mongolian jungler Ganbat "Yuuji" Ulziidelger. He will become the sixth player on the team and will share the jungler position with Um "UmTi" Sung-hyun.

Yuuji is the reigning champion of the NACL and the only player in the league's history to receive the MVP title twice in a row. Despite his success at the tier-2 level, residency issues prevented him from joining top teams during the off-season. His debut at the highest level has been anticipated for over a year.

Team Liquid decided to sign Yuuji after a disappointing performance at the First Stand tournament and criticism directed at UmTi. Initially, the player was tested in practice sessions, and now he has been officially added to the roster for the second split of LTA North.
