The popular Inkshadow skin line is making a return in League of Legends. Riot Games has announced the release of new skins that will be available in the client next week. Players can expect to encounter the dark aesthetics of ink strokes and Eastern mysticism—and it seems there will be a Legendary skin involved.

So far, only two champions have been announced to join the Inkshadow collection: Shen and Tryndamere. According to insider Big Bad Bear, one of these skins will receive Legendary rarity—this means reworked animations, sound effects, and unique visual effects.

The exact release date has not been announced yet, but the release is expected next week—likely alongside the upcoming patch. A full trailer and in-client demonstration in League of Legends are also anticipated.

The return of Inkshadow is a chance to see one of the most atmospheric skin lines in a revamped format and with a new level of quality.
