T1 proved stronger and defeated Anyone’s Legend with a score of 3:2 in the quarterfinals of Worlds 2025. The series lasted nearly three hours and became one of the most intense stages of the tournament. With this victory, the South Korean team advanced to the semifinals, where they will face Top Esports.

Gumayusi was the star of the match

The key player of the series was Lee “Gumayusi” Min-hyeong, who showed consistent performance throughout all five maps. His stats were 4.6 kills / 3.2 deaths / 5.7 assists, with an average damage to enemies reaching 23.3K per match. He was most confident on Aphelios and Kai’Sa, where his contribution allowed T1 to win the decisive fights on the fourth and fifth maps. Anyone’s Legend has been eliminated from the competition. The team finished in 5th-8th place and earned $300,000. 

Worlds 2025 is taking place in China from October 14 to November 9. The tournament features 16 of the world's strongest teams competing for a $5 million prize pool.
