Mash will become the head coach of Disguised for the LTA North 2025 season

The team Disguised, representing the LTA North conference, has made a significant staffing decision for 2025. According to Sheep Esports sources, Brandon "Mash" Phan will take on the role of the team's head coach.

Experienced Mentor for a New Challenge

Mash already boasts impressive coaching experience, including working with young talents. In 2024, he led Team Liquid Challengers, securing 3rd place in the spring split but finishing the summer split in the 7th-8th position. His achievements include making it to Worlds 2020 with FlyQuest and winning the LCS 2023 with NRG.

Candidates for the head coach position also included Dennis "Svenskeren" Johnsen, who coached Disguised in NACL 2024, Tanner "Damonte" Damonte, and Han "Rigby" Earl.

Goals for the Upcoming Season

At the time of Mash's appointment at Disguised, only one player was confirmed — Felix "Abbedagge" Braun, who will take on the role of mid-laner. Now, under Mash's leadership, the team can focus on forming a complete roster.

Having been a professional player in the AD Carry position for nine years, Mash returns to top-level competition as a coach. His task is to strengthen the roster using limited resources and ensure the team's competitiveness to avoid relegation at the end of the season.

Projected Disguised Roster for 2025:

  • Top: ?
  • Jungle: ?
  • Mid: Felix "Abbedagge" Braun
  • ADC: ?
  • Support: ?
  • Coach: Brandon "Mash" Phan

Disguised hopes that the new coach with extensive experience will help the team turn a modest budget into respectable results.
