Rogue and SK Gaming lost their chances of reaching the playoffs - Summary of the LEC Winter 2025 game day

On February 2, as part of the LEC Winter 2025 tournament, another round of the group stage took place. As a result, two teams were determined to have lost their chance to progress to the playoffs — they are Rogue and SK Gaming.

SK Gaming vs Rogue

The match only mattered for Rogue since SK Gaming had already lost their chances of advancing. The match ended in a somewhat comical way because SK won, thus taking away all hopes from Rogue to even fight for the playoffs. Overall, the game was a crushing victory for SK Gaming, ending with a score of 13-3.

G2 Esports vs KOI

The last match of the playday was no less interesting. In this meeting, we saw issues with KOI that they should resolve before the playoffs to have a chance to compete for a spot in the first international tournament. Also noteworthy was G2, who seem to have found their game.
