On February 2, another group stage round took place as part of the LEC Winter 2025 tournament. The results determined two teams that secured spots in the championship playoffs — G2 and GIANTX.

SK Gaming vs. Team BDS

A match that only mattered for BDS who were the favorites in this match as SK had already lost all chances to advance. The game ended in a complete blowout by BDS with a score of 20-8. Let's note Nuc on Jayce with a score of 7/1/8.

GIANTX vs. Fnatic

Definitely the most interesting match. A meeting between the group leader Fnatic and the team that has shown incredible performance this season GIANTX. The game ended with a victory for Fnatic, although GIANTX held up well until mid-game, with genuine attempts at a comeback, but Fnatic did not allow it.

G2 Esports vs. Rogue

G2, who are still getting into form and gaining synergy with the new lineup, still experience some issues during games, often winning due to the individual skill of the legend Caps. This time they played a rather close game with Rogue which they could have easily lost.

Team Heretics vs. KOI

An incredibly cool game from Heretics allowed them to overcome one of the LEC giants, KOI. The match ended with a kill score of 22-21 in favor of Heretics. Let's highlight a great performance from Sheo on Lillia.

Karmine Corp vs. Team Vitality

The game turned out similar to the match between GX and FNC. Team Vitality put up a good fight until mid-game, until KC collected the necessary items and started forcing fights. In the end, the match concluded with a victory for Karmine Corp.

During the competition, only the top 8 teams will advance to the playoffs to determine the strongest participant. The tournament winner will receive a quota for the First Stand 2025 and €40,000.
