Gen.G Historic Season
Gen.G season began with a 2nd place finish at the LCK Cup 2025, followed by securing 1st place in the LCK Road to MSI 2025 qualifiers, and then winning the Mid-Season Invitational 2025, where Chovy was named the tournament MVP. In the summer, Gen.G claimed the title at the Esports World Cup 2025, adding another international trophy to their collection.
In the fall, the team became the champion of the LCK 2025 Season, finishing the regular season with an outstanding 29–1 record and setting a record with a 27-match winning streak. At the Worlds 2025, Gen.G reached the semifinals, where they lost to KT Rolster with a score of 1:3, securing a 3rd–4th place finish.
