Why do my teammates never use their mic in CS2?

I’ve got close to 3,000 hours in CS2, and one thing that drives me nuts is how many people just refuse to talk. No callouts, no basic communication — complete silence. I get that some folks might be shy or don’t have a mic, but come on, this is a team-based shooter. It seriously hurts coordination and makes the game feel like solo queue even when I’m in a full team. Is it just me, or is this a common problem
