On January 17, the second day of the closed qualifiers for the ESL One Raleigh 2025 in the Eastern Europe region concluded. During the intense competition, the finalists for both the upper and lower brackets were determined, while several teams ended their journey in the tournament.

Lower Bracket Battles

In the lower bracket, the battles began with matches between 9Pandas and Natus Vincere and L1ga Team against Ban9PivoSamogon. 9Pandas confidently defeated NAVI with a 2:0 score, demonstrating excellent synergy on all maps. In the parallel match, L1ga Team proved stronger than Ban9PivoSamogon, closing the series with a 2:1 score.

In the second round of the lower bracket, 9Pandas faced off against 1win Team. After three maps, 9Pandas emerged victorious with a 2:1 score. At the same time, L1ga Team met Virtus.pro and left them no chance, winning 2:0.

The lower bracket semifinal was a real test for L1ga Team, but 9Pandas showed superiority, finishing the encounter with a 2:0 victory. Consequently, 9Pandas advanced to the lower bracket final, where they will fight for the last chance to reach the grand final of the qualifiers.

Upper Bracket Final

In the upper bracket, Team Spirit faced off against One Move in the final. Spirit  showcased why they are considered favorites of the qualifiers, securing a confident 2:0 victory. With this success, Team Spirit secured their spot in the qualifier’s grand final.
