The stand-in for the Mosquito Clan, David “Parker” Flores, fell asleep during the draft of the first map in the match against OG at the FISSURE Special tournament. Due to his absence, the team paused the game and was unable to continue. As a result, Mosquito Clan received a technical defeat with a score of 0:2.

After the completion of the pick phase of the first map, Mosquito Clan players initiated a pause that lasted more than 20 minutes. According to management, Flores showed no activity in the client and did not return to the game. At the 41-second mark, the team's mid player, Jean “PiPi” Valente, typed "gg" in the all-chat and left the match. Consequently, the team forfeited before the map began.

Before the start of the second map, organizers offered Mosquito Clan the option to make a substitution. Roman “Ramzes666” Kushnarev was considered as a potential candidate, but the team declined the substitution. As a result, they were given a technical defeat on the second map as well.
