Valve continues to refine the game following the major 7.39 update by releasing micropatches with significant changes. A new small update, released just half an hour ago, brings a range of technical and visual improvements, as well as important changes to the interface and heroes.

Technical Fixes:

• Resolved issues with game launch via Vulkan, which should improve stability for users with the appropriate graphics configuration.
• A significant number of structural elements on the map have been altered.
• Many aspects of the interface have been updated, including core items, neutral items, abilities, as well as menu elements and new settings.

New Features:

• Added an alternative ping sound and wheel command visualization (ALT+LMB).
• Improved Firefly particles for Batrider.
• A "Language" section with an icon for easy localization switching has been added to the menu.
• Introduced a new key for viewing hero aspects when spectating a match (default is "F").

Changes in Heroes and Abilities:

• The Work Horse ability slot for heroes with shop mechanics has been changed from 5 to 4, likely to avoid conflicts with hotkeys.
• The innate ability of Disruptor with electric effect has had the DOTA_ABILITY_BEHAVIOR_PASSIVE modifier removed.
• Fixed incorrect turn rate reduction values in Sticky Napalm, which now match the description: -10/30/50/70/70%.
• The description of Shadow Fiend's innate ability has been changed to show the base and maximum number of souls.
• The Sanctuary aspect now correctly displays the barrier bonuses for each engaged hero.

Other Updates:

• The ability Reel In has been added to Ability Draft mode.
• Improved attack effects with the Seeker of the Crescent Wheel set, including bounces.
• Some particles have been partially removed from Pudge's hook, including the arcana of both styles.
• Enhanced visual effects for the arcana head and weapon of Vengeful Spirit.

Although the micropatch did not bring balance changes, it clearly demonstrates that Valve is actively working on polishing the game after the major update. Interface improvements, new features for casters and players, as well as visual enhancements, increase the overall comfort and quality of the game.
