Danish journalist Bo Dork announced on his Twitter account that the Swedish organization Ninjas in Pyjamas plans to try their hand at Valorant for the third time, but this time in a new region, namely China.

The Ninjas in Pyjamas organization plans to shift its Valorant operations to China to secure a slot in the main league. It is worth noting that China will become a new region next year and will have leagues similar to other regions. The team is rumored to be built around the JijieHao team since the two organizations had collaborated before.

NIP's Experience in the EMEA and Brazil Regions

Ninjas in Pyjamas was one of the first organizations to sign a roster for the game Valorant. This took place in 2020 with a European mix. At that time, the esports scene was just beginning to develop, and even major events had prize pools of less than $10,000. The organization sponsored its roster for over a year, but after several unsuccessful performances, the Ninjas in Pyjamas management decided to dissolve the European team.

The organization didn't leave the game but chose to switch regions and moved to Brazil, where they signed a local team to participate in the league. The new roster even managed to qualify for the Masters, but that was the sole achievement of the Brazilian team. However, after unsuccessful performances in the World Championship qualifiers, the organization decided to dissolve this lineup and exit the game.
