Highest Earning Dota 2 Teams

Dota 2 richest teams are basically a history lesson with prize money attached. TI wins still decide most of the list, while Majors, Riyadh Masters, EWC, and other big LANs helped shape the rest.

As of September 2026, OG are still first with $37,785,607 in Dota 2 prize money. Team Liquid remain second, while Team Spirit moved much closer after winning The International 2026 and becoming the first organization with three Aegis.

#10. Vici Gaming

Vici Gaming are tenth with $11,038,643. For years, they were one of the strongest Chinese teams without a TI title.

Their best chance came at TI4, where they reached the final and lost to Newbee. Vici stayed relevant for years after that with strong Major and LAN results, which is enough to keep them in the top ten.

#9. Virtus.pro

Virtus.pro are ninth with $13,017,930. They never won TI, but their peak during the old DPC era was more than enough to build a huge prize-money total.

VP won several big events and regularly entered TI as one of the favorites. The Aegis never came, and that is still the main thing missing from that roster legacy.

Key achievements:

  • 1st place at ESL One Katowice 2018
  • 1st place at ESL One Hamburg 2017
  • 1st place at The Summit 7

#8. Newbee

Newbee are eighth with $13,427,475. Most of that total comes from two huge TI runs: winning TI4 and reaching the TI7 final.

The later years ended badly, but their peak was still one of the strongest among Chinese organizations. Winning one TI and reaching another grand final keeps Newbee high on this list even years later.

#7. Tundra Esports

Tundra Esports are seventh with $15,460,300. TI11 gave them the biggest boost, but they kept winning after the Aegis.

Tundra later took FISSURE PLAYGROUND 1, several BLAST Slam events, DreamLeague Season 28, and ESL One Birmingham 2026. The organization left Dota 2 in June 2026, but the results from that run still put them comfortably inside the top ten.

Team Secret are sixth with $18,822,854. They never won TI, but few organizations stayed near the top for as long.

Different rosters kept winning big tournaments under Puppey, and Secret regularly made deep runs at major events. The TI 2022 final was their closest shot at the Aegis.

Key achievements:

#5. Evil Geniuses

Evil Geniuses are fifth with $22,241,699. Their TI5 victory remains the biggest result in North American Dota history.

EG also reached the TI podium several more times and stayed near the top for years. Even after leaving Dota 2, those results keep the organization high in the all-time ranking.

LGD Gaming are fourth with $26,226,114. The total includes results from the PSG.LGD period, which some older earnings databases listed separately.

LGD reached the TI8 and TI10 finals, finished third at TI9, and won several other major events. They never got the Aegis, but years of deep tournament runs still put them fourth overall.

#3. Team Spirit

Team Spirit are third with $33,036,580. Their third TI title in 2026 brought them much closer to Liquid and OG.

TI10 started the run, followed by another TI win in 2023, Riyadh Masters 2023, EWC 2025, and then The International 2026.

Team Spirit beat PARIVISION 3–2 in the grand final in Shanghai and became the first organization to win TI three times. Yatoro and Collapse also became the first players to win three Aegis as players. Team Spirit Make History With Third The International Title

#2. Team Liquid

Team Liquid are second with $34,207,091. Their biggest advantage is longevity: several different rosters have added major titles to the same organization total.

Liquid won TI7, reached the TI9 final, and won TI again in 2024. Team Spirit are now only $1,170,511 behind, so second place is much less secure than it was before TI 2026.

#1. OG

OG are still first with $37,785,607. TI8 and TI9 are the main reason nobody has passed them yet.

Back-to-back International wins brought OG enormous prize money, and the organization had already won four Valve Majors before that run. The current roster is far from those results, but the old lineup built a lead that still holds in 2026.

Why the Race Is Still Open

OG remain first, but the gap is getting smaller. Team Liquid are $3,578,516 behind, while Team Spirit are $4,749,027 away after winning TI 2026.

With current prize pools, nobody is likely to erase that gap with one tournament. But Team Spirit are winning often enough that the top three could still change over the next few seasons.
