March was full of top-tier Counter-Strike action. Vitality won both ESL Pro League Season 21 and BLAST Open Spring 2025, while other teams like Spirit, MOUZ, and Eternal Fire also had their moments. ZywOo was again the big name of the month, but many players impressed with their skill and impact. Here's our list of the top 10 players of March, based on their performance across tournaments.
How the Best CS2 Players of March 2025 Were Determined

- Player rating
- KDR
- DPR
- ADR
- Tournament placements
- MVP / EVP awards
About Bo3.gg’s Rating System
Although we reserve the right to keep the Bo3.gg CS2 player rating formula confidential, we are ready to reveal some key elements.
At the core of the rating system is an advanced player evaluation model consisting of eight sub-ratings that assess statistical data, including damage dealt, number of kills, and survival. These metrics are considered in the context of a specific map, side (T or CT), and team economy. To ensure objectivity, a player's stats are compared to the average values on the professional scene under the same conditions.
Each of the eight sub-ratings has a different level of importance. For example, the kill rating has a greater impact on the final score than the survival rating. Based on the individual sub-ratings, a player’s rating is calculated for each round played, then for the entire map and match.
The final player rating is expressed on a scale from 0 to 10, where 0 is the lowest value and 10 is the highest.

#10. woxic
Woxic had a strong month with Eternal Fire. His team reached the playoffs of ESL Pro League and the semifinals of BLAST Open Spring. He was the second-best player on the team during the month. His 6.3 rating and low death count (0.57 DPR) show he played smart and safe. If he keeps this up, Eternal Fire will rely on him more, not just on XANTARES.
#9. Senzu
Senzu was one of the strongest players for The MongolZ in the group stage. He had a solid 6.4 rating and an 82.4 ADR. However, his performance dropped in the playoffs, and his team failed to pass the group at BLAST. Still, The MongolZ made it to the semifinals of ESL Pro League, and Senzu played a big role there.
#8. flameZ
FlameZ keeps showing his value for Vitality. He plays a hard role—aggressive entry—but still gets great results. Vitality won two more trophies in March, and flameZ helped with solid entries and smart plays. His 6.4 rating and EVP at ESL Pro League prove he is one of the key reasons behind Vitality’s success.

#7. Wicadia
Wicadia stepped up big in March. With XANTARES struggling, he became the best player on Eternal Fire at BLAST Open Spring. He had an 83.8 ADR and a 6.6 rating, earning him an EVP. His progress is impressive. If he keeps this level, Eternal Fire can dream of even bigger results.
#6. torzsi
Torzsi climbed higher in the rankings this month. He was the most consistent player on MOUZ, the team that reached two finals in March. His best match was against Eternal Fire, where he had a 7.1 rating. As a CT player, he was one of the best in the world. His stability earned him an EVP at BLAST Open Spring.
#5. ropz
Ropz had another great month with Vitality. This is now three titles in a row for his team. His smart plays and clean aim help Vitality stay on top. With a 6.5 rating and just 0.58 deaths per round, he shows how efficient he is. He earned an EVP at ESL Pro League and continues to be a key piece of the puzzle.

#4. m0NESY
#3. sh1ro
Sh1ro continues to be a rock for Team Spirit. As the passive AWPer, he gives donk the space to shine. He had a strong 6.8 rating and the best DPR (0.51). He picked up EVPs at both events. Spirit failed to reach any finals, but sh1ro did everything he could.
#2. donk
Donk was again a machine this month. He had the highest rating (7.4), best ADR (97.8), and best KPR (0.94). His aim and speed are world-class. But Spirit once again couldn’t reach the final. Donk was great, but the rest of the team needs to step up if they want trophies.

#1. ZywOo
ZywOo is simply on another level. He won two MVPs in March, one at ESL Pro League and one at BLAST Open Spring. His stats are amazing: 90 ADR, 0.87 KPR, and a 7.3 rating. He’s the main reason Vitality won both events. With this form, ZywOo is the best player in the world right now.
March was all about Vitality’s dominance and ZywOo’s brilliance. Spirit had strong showings with donk and sh1ro, but fell short again. MOUZ stayed in the spotlight thanks to torzsi, while Wicadia and m0NESY showed they’re ready to lead. With PGL Bucharest 2025 coming next, April promises more top-tier CS2 action. Let’s see who steps up next month.
