How to Find Hack Terminals
You can find Hack Terminals in multiple areas of the map. However, after sundown, they are generally easier to spot. The bright blue glow of each terminal helps differentiate them in the dark, hence making night times one of the best times to search around for them.
Night flights can also aid the search by allowing you to quickly scan through large areas while on the look out for the bright blue glow.
Pal Battle Hack Terminal Solution
Some Hack Terminals immediately trigger a combat challenge instead of opening. After interacting with the device, a hostile Pal appears and a one-minute timer begins counting down.
To unlock the terminal, simply defeat the summoned Pal before time expires. You can fight using your own weapons, rely on your strongest combat Pals, or combine both approaches to finish the encounter quickly. Once the enemy has been defeated, the Core Panel becomes available and you can collect your rewards.
Bringing high-level Pals or using elemental advantages makes these battles considerably easier, especially in later areas where stronger enemies may appear.
Seal Break Hack Terminal Solution
Certain terminals are protected by magical seals that prevent access to the Core Panel. Before you can hack the terminal, you'll need to locate and destroy three nearby Sealing Stones.
Some terminals place all three stones directly in front of the device, making them easy to spot. Others hide the stones behind nearby rocks, buildings, or natural terrain, requiring a brief search of the surrounding area.
Once you've found each Sealing Stone, simply destroy it using your weapons or your Pal's attacks. After all three have been broken, the seal disappears and the terminal unlocks.

Spinning Wheel Hack Terminal Solution
The Spinning Wheel challenge is one of the simplest puzzles you'll encounter. It works much like the fishing minigame, requiring you to stop a rotating cursor inside a highlighted green section of the wheel.
Watch the cursor carefully and press the interaction button as it enters the green zone. If your timing is off, the puzzle can be attempted again immediately without any penalties.
Since there are unlimited retries, this challenge is more about patience than difficulty. Waiting for a comfortable rhythm usually makes landing the correct timing much easier.
Vulnerable Spot Hack Terminal Solution
The Vulnerable Spot puzzle functions similarly to lockpicking. Instead of solving a maze or relying on timing, you'll need to identify the lock's hidden weak point around the edge of a circular interface.
Start by selecting any point along the outer ring. If the indicator remains blue, you've chosen a direction that's close to the correct location. If it turns red, you're searching from the wrong side and should try another angle.
The percentage displayed in the center provides an additional clue by indicating how close your current position is to the vulnerable spot. Continue adjusting your selection based on this feedback until you locate the correct point and successfully unlock the terminal.
What Rewards Do Hack Terminals Give
Every successful hack grants access to the terminal's Core Panel, where you'll find a selection of useful rewards. These commonly include Schematics for crafting new equipment and accessories, Handbooks that increase a Pal's affinity, and Dog Coins, a special currency used to purchase exclusive items from merchants. Among the most desirable purchases are Mysterious Accessory Boxes, which permanently expand the number of accessory slots available to your character.
