The Ukrainian organization NAVI is the last representative from the EMEA region heading to Valorant Champions 2023. This became possible thanks to the team making it to the grand final of the VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier 2023 and securing a victory in the meeting with team KOI.

NAVI did not receive a direct invitation to the world championship due to their poor performance at VCT Masters Tokyo 2023, therefore they had to play in the last chance tournament.
In the final of the VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier 2023 lower bracket, the Ukrainian organization NAVI faced the very challenging team KOI, who had won both of the last personal meetings in the best of three format. One of these victories was at this tournament, and the KOI team took it without any problems, not allowing the "yellow-black" NAVI team to win a single map.
How did the match go?
On the first map, Split, chosen by the Spanish club, the "yellow-blacks" managed to win in additional rounds with a score of 14:12.
NAVI's map choice, Pearl, was not without difficulty, but was won by the "yellow-black" team.
The Fracture map, chosen by the Spanish team, did not start as brightly for the Ukrainian team as the first two, but in a tough struggle, the "yellow-blacks" managed to make a comeback and win the match with a score of 3:0 in maps, securing the last ticket to Valorant Champions 2023. KOI, in turn, leave the tournament and end their performance for this season.

Valorant Champions 2023 will take place from August 6 to 26, 2023 in Los Angeles. The tournament will feature 16 teams from around the world, who will compete for a large prize pool and the right to bear the title of the strongest team in the discipline until the next championship.
