Today, it was announced on the official Twitter account of Eternal Fire that Turkish player Omer "imoRR" Karatash has been removed from the team's main CS:GO lineup! imoRR has become a streamer for the organization.

Our valuable team member Ömer "imoRR" Karataş will no longer be a part of our active roster as of today. We would like to thank him for everything he has contributed to us with his determination, persistence, and hard work since the establishment of Eternal Fire, and for all the great moments he has shared with us.

imoRR will continue his streams and content creation under Eternal Fire!

Guys, I've been kicked from the active roster where I've been working for a long time. This is not a farewell, on the contrary, it's the beginning of adventures! Sometimes we had a lot of fun, sometimes it was very sad. You know, there are places where we succeed, there are places where we suffer failure. So, this was a good moment for me. At least for me. I decided to pursue my favorite activity within the team. Right now, the team is emotionally exhausted. I realized that.

That's why I'm going to say, keep winning and burning! Whether it's YouTube or Twitch, I will continue to entertain and make you laugh as much as possible. Of course, we have CS 2 ahead of us. imoRR's history in the team:

Omer "imoRR" Karatash joined the organization back in 2021! After playing a little together, the guys almost immediately won their first tournament - ESA Esports Supremes 2021.

Then, while also playing several tier-2 and tier-3 tournaments, the Turkish team was able to win 2 tournaments in one series from ESL, namely:

• ESL Türkiye Şampiyonası: Summer 2021
• ESL Türkiye Şampiyonası: Summer 2022

By the way, in the second tournament, the Turk showed excellent results and finished with a rating of 7.7!

There were also various other tournaments won, such as:

• ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022
• ESA Esports Supremes Fall 2022

It's worth noting that the team won the second tournament in this list, beating Brosskiez 3-0 in the final! And our hero once again took 2nd place in the ratings together with his teammates.

But the clear success in 2023 was only once, when the team won the CCT Central Europe Malta Finals, where in the final the guys defeated the team BNE with a score of 2-1.

But even there, imoRR took 2nd place in the rating among his teammates, finishing the tournament with a rating of 6.6!

Qualifications for BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023

Probably the most painful topic for the team, which probably led to changes.

Eternal Fire played in the BLAST.tv Major Paris: European RMR B 2023, where they took 12-14th place out of 16 possible!

The team was eliminated from the group with a score of 1-3, losing to NiP, Cloud9, and Aurora, but initially beating Astralis!

After the championship, the team did not qualify for the last CS:GO major - BLAST Paris Major 2023, after which changes began.

But it is worth noting that in this RMR qualification, imoRR was the best among his entire team!

His rating was 6.4!

The last tournament was the Brazy Party 2023, which started right after all the RMR events.

As we can see, the team completely failed their performance and finished 9-12th place.

But surprisingly, even with such a poor result, imoRR was able to show a decent game and finished the championship with a rating of 6.3.

In summary, it's not clear why the player was kicked, or if he decided to leave due to his own desires. The question remains unanswered.

But what can be said for sure is that he was definitely not the "anchor" of the team!
