On January 27, another group stage round took place as part of the LEC Winter 2025 tournament. As a result, three teams have secured slots in the playoffs of the championship — Fnatic, KOI, and Karmine Corp.

Team Vitality vs. Rogue

In the first match, Team Vitality defeated Rogue. The team of Mateusz “Czajek” Czyżyk showcased excellent gameplay and improved their position in the league's standings. Vitality is one step closer to the playoffs.

Fnatic vs. BDS

In another match, Fnatic faced BDS. Marek “Humanoid” Brazda's team continued their winning streak by securing this victory, cementing Fnatic among the leaders of the tournament and guaranteeing themselves a playoff spot.

G2 Esports vs. GIANTX

Later, G2 Esports confidently defeated GIANTX. Sergen “BrokenBlade” Çelik's team managed to redeem themselves after losing to Fnatic in the previous round. Despite all ambitions, G2 occupies only the fifth place in the league's standings.

Karmine Corp vs. Team Heretics

In the fourth match of the day, Karmine Corp showcased excellent skills, defeating Team Heretics. For Martin ”Yike” Sundelin's team, this is only their second victory of the season.

SK Gaming vs. KOI

The final match of the day was between SK Gaming and KOI. Steven “Reeker” Chen's team couldn't cope with KOI. SK lost their sixth consecutive match, placing them at the bottom of the competition's standings. Meanwhile, KOI secured their place in the tournament playoffs.

LEC Winter 2025 is conducted in the format of a regular season and playoffs involving 10 teams. During the competition, only the top 8 teams will advance to the playoffs to determine the strongest participant. The tournament winner will secure a slot in First Stand 2025 and €40,000.
