The Esports Nations Cup will be structured on a mixed model: some teams will receive direct invitations, while others will qualify through regional qualifiers. The expected number of participants aligns with other team disciplines in ENC—ranging from 24 to 48 national teams.
There will be a roster restriction for the teams: a national team cannot be fully composed of players from a single club. However, the exact rules for roster formation and the qualification format for VALORANT have not been disclosed at this time.
If confirmed, the Esports Nations Cup will become the first-ever international VALORANT tournament focused on national rather than club competition systems.
