Team Vitality have officially announced the creation of Vitality Academy, bringing the five players who competed as "Project H" under the organization's banner for the first time. The move signals a formal commitment to player development from one of Counter-Strike's most dominant organizations.
Katkame Headlining
The standout name is 16-year-old French AWPer Thiebault "Katkame" Ulysse, who carries the weight of ZywOo's personal endorsement. The rest of the roster is equally international: Romanian lucaZ, Estonian rifler Reqqen, Ukrainian IGL Dafra1D at just 19 years old, and Slovak rifler patrenzo completing the five.
The Vision Behind It
Co-founder Neo framed the academy launch as more than just a feeder team.
For esports to continue growing and structuring itself, it must rely on strong development pathways capable of identifying, supporting, and nurturing tomorrow's talents. We want to perform today, but also build the champions of tomorrow.Neo

VdaK1NG Stays On
Coach Pablo "VdaK1NG" Escobar, who joined Vitality as a data analyst last September before taking on the Project H coaching role, will continue with the academy despite the head coach position not originally being part of his plan. "The team has been working well, and I'm happy to take on a new role that will allow me to keep helping Vitality make history three years from now."
