CCT once again issued a ban to a team at its tournaments

CCT issued a suspension to the entire home roster for violating the rules, except for Mark "stesso" Sørensen, who was recognized as not being involved in the situation. The official announcement was published on the page in the social network X.

Mark “stesso” Sørensen previously reported that someone played a match on CCT 2026 Challengers 2 from his account for team home, and that he had no involvement in it, while he himself had not played the game for more than three months. On May 8, CCT completed its investigation together in cooperation with representatives of Akros and issued a twelve-month suspension to the entire home team, while Mark “stesso” Sørensen remained unpunished, as it was confirmed that someone else had indeed played from his account. The ID of the player who played on stesso’s account was permanently banned by the Akros anti-cheat.

The team still had scheduled matches at CCT 2026 Challengers 2, but all of them were concluded with technical defeats. Details about the tournament can be found via this link; currently it is close to its conclusion.
