BC.Game faced another setback in the open qualifier for the Stake Pulse Beat III tournament. The team with s1mple lost to X-CITY with a score of 8:13 and was eliminated from the first qualifier.

For s1mple's team, this is yet another disappointing performance in open qualifiers. This time, BC.Game couldn't even advance further in the qualifier for a tournament with a total prize pool of $60,000. However, the team still has a chance to turn things around. The second open qualifier for Stake Pulse Beat III will take place on September 16.

BC.Game's recent results also don't look convincing. On September 5, the team lost to EAC with a score of 11:13 in the second European open qualifier for PGL Masters Bucharest.

The day before, BC.Game reached 5th-8th place in the first European qualifier, losing to FOKUS in a best-of-three series — 1-2. Even earlier, the team lost to Nemiga 11:13 in the open qualifier for IEM Beijing, and in the qualifier for the previous season of Stake Pulse Beat, they were defeated by QUAZAR 9:13.

Thus, the match against X-CITY became yet another unsuccessful episode in BC.Game's series of qualifying tournaments.
