Point Blank Kill is a kill you get when you’re extremely close to the enemy — practically “face-to-face.” The distance should be so small that it feels like your weapon could literally touch the opponent. For it to count, it must be a gun kill, not a melee attack or knife strike.
How to Get Point Blank Kills More Easily
Aggressive movement
Also sprint towards enemies when reaching them, and slide as you approach to reach quickly. Sliding also makes you a smaller target for enemies to hit with.

Useful perks
Perks that allow quick or stealthy map navigation, such as increasing run speed, keeping footsteps silent, or remaining invisible to the enemy's radar will be useful. Perks that relay the enemy's location also will be useful.
Tactical grenades
Use grenades that blind or disorient enemies (like flashbangs). Throw the grenade, your opponent is temporarily unable to see, and you rush in to secure a close-range kill.
Best game modes
The easiest way to get these kills is in objective-based modes like Hardpoint or Domination. Players naturally group around objectives, giving you more chances to get close. Hardcore modes can also help since enemies go down faster at close range.

Field Upgrades
The player can upgrade their character to be able to get in close without being noticed, such as Active Camo which makes the player almost invisible. Other upgrades grant the player temporary perks that they do not currently have available to them as part of their loadout.
In addition, Point Blank kills require aggression, speed, and map awareness, while mobility, tactical tools, and timing are important for committing murders within Point Blank range. Playing more leads to faster completion of challenges which unlocks new camos.
