The incident with kl1m in MIBR raised the question of cultural awareness in esports.

Do you think clubs should take responsibility for educating players, or is it a personal matter for each individual? https://bo3.gg/news/mibr-sniper-embroiled-in-racism-scandal-club-punishes-him

The situation is interesting: MIBR signed a European player for the first time in a long while, and just a couple of weeks later he caused a scandal. The reputational damage to the club is bigger than the players actual misconduct. I think they will be more careful with transfers in the future

Yeah, sure. They made him take cultural awareness courses, that's just pure PR. By tomorrow everyone will forget, and he will be playing again like nothing ever happened

Maybe this is even for the better. If kl1m actually goes through the training and becomes an example of how someone can improve, then the story will have a positive ending.

I hope this won't happen in the future. I wouldn't want this to remain or, even worse, get worse
