My Pick'em prize has still not been awarded.
I sent an email saying the reward hadn't been given, but they said it had. I explained that it hadn't been given because my Steam account might have a 3-day trade ban. They said they would give me the reward within a few days, but it's been about a week and I still haven't received it.
