Team Spirit Benches Panto, Finds Replacement for DreamLeague Season 29

Nikita "Panto" Balagánin has left the main roster of Team Spirit in Dota 2. The organization announced this on their social media on May 5th. At the upcoming DreamLeague Season 29 tournament, he will be replaced by player Aleksei "not me" Kosmynin from Yellow Submarine, who is already included in the team's official lineup.

In the club's statement, it was mentioned that the decision was due to a mismatch between the organization's expectations, current results, and the future direction of the roster's development.

We thank Nikita for his time in the main roster, but the development direction and current results diverged from the organization's expectations. We wish Panto the best of luck in his future career! We are sure we'll meet again on the server.
Team Spirit

Team Spirit has not yet announced a permanent replacement for Nikita. However, according to the DreamLeague Season 29 tournament document, not me will compete for the team at the championship. He will take his usual fourth position, while Aleksandr "rue" Filin will move to the role of the fifth position support.

Panto joined Team Spirit after The International 2025, replacing Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov, who took a career break. The team's most successful result with Nikita was second place at PGL Wallachia Season 6 in November 2025. The last tournament for the support in the Team Spirit lineup was PGL Wallachia Season 8, where the team finished in 7th–8th place.

DreamLeague Season 29 will take place from May 13th to 24th in an online format. The tournament will feature 16 teams competing for a prize pool of $1 million. You can follow the championship's progress via this link.
