Valve has rolled out another gameplay fix in Dota 2, addressing an issue related to Doom's Aghanim's Shard upgrade.
The update was highlighted by Team Spirit analyst Denis "sikle" Lerman, who shared details of the fix on his Telegram channel. According to sikle, the bug prevented the radius of auras obtained through Doom's Devour ability from receiving the intended bonus provided by Aghanim's Shard.
The bug with Doom has been fixed. The radius of auras obtained from neutral creeps was not increasing by 15% after purchasing a Shard. Now it increases correctly (typically from 1200 to 1380).
This is the latest in a series of gameplay bug fixes introduced by Valve. Earlier, the developers addressed issues involving the innate ability of Muerta and an interaction between Razor and Aghanim's Shard.
While the adjustment is relatively minor, it ensures that Doom players receive the full benefits intended from their Shard purchase and helps maintain consistency across hero mechanics.
