Boxi Reaches 2,000 Games for Team Liquid

Swedish support player Samuel "Boxi" Svahn has reached another major milestone in his professional career, playing his 2,000th map for Team Liquid's Dota 2 roster.

The landmark game came during the grand final of Essence II, where Team Liquid faced Team Falcons. The series also ended on a high note for Liquid, as the team secured the tournament championship.

Since joining Team Liquid in June 2021, Boxi has become one of the longest-serving members of the roster and a key part of the organization's success. During his time with the team, he has played 2,000 maps, recording 1,122 wins and 877 losses, giving him an impressive 56% win rate.

Over the past five years, Boxi has helped Team Liquid capture multiple Tier 1 titles, including the organization's triumph at The International 2024, cementing his place as one of the team's most influential players.

2,000 maps for one org is rare in dota, rosters churn way faster so that kind of longevity is basically a unicorn move
